whilst appreciating how busy the surgery can be, it is always difficult to obtain an appointment. On-line there is usually a choice of 1 appointment available, and having to ring back in the afternoon when the morning surgery is full is distressing when feeling unwell. Having more nurses available might assist for those who do not really need to see a GP. Notice Boards - these is are so full they fail in their purpose to inform, particularly when out of date. This is then compounded by random pieces of paper stuck directly to the walls.
