The receptionist and doctor were both incredibly helpful, it was easy to book an appointment and was able to have a long talk with my GP who was very supportive for me.

it can be difficult getting on the line with the hash key followed by a number, this doesnt always work however and can be quite tedious. Perhaps if it was possible to book an appointment over email or through the website it would be much easier.

Keele Practice has always been brilliant with me, being sensitive to any issues raised and helping me by providing relevant information regarding any health issues I have had. They have always been timely in scheduling appointments, most on the same day or a day after which has been particularly helpful.

Really pleased with the service we receive at this practice. Always get an appointment and the team know their patients well. Dr Clarson our routine GP is an amazing practitioner and really is a credit to the profession. The practice show genuine care and empathy when dealing with patients and you couldn’t ask for a better standard of care.
