The receptionist and doctor were both incredibly helpful, it was easy to book an appointment and was able to have a long talk with my GP who was very supportive for me.
Suggested improvements
it can be difficult getting on the line with the hash key followed by a number, this doesnt always work however and can be quite tedious.
Perhaps if it was possible to book an appointment over email or through the website it would be much easier.
