I like the ambience of the campus and the practice / surgery. I have been a patient here for 25 years. I feel the staff especially the GPs nearly talk to you as equals and I feel somewhat empowered by being spoken to more 2-way and as if I have the right to participate in decisions and be educated when I visit the surgery.
I find there is good availability of appointments as well.
Perhaps I don't get the most "pro-active" modern preventative care for my age group (50+) but I value the other things more.

Good today for asthma review, was really nice and helpful.
Previously misdiagnosed knee pain- 6 months later, discovered tear which GP should have picked up.

The nurse Marilyn is fantastic because she is caring and friendly- you don't feel anxious or worried about coming to the surgery.
The doctors are also very approachable and professional giving excellent patient care and advice.
You can always get an appointment in short notice.
Fantastic surgery 10/10.
