I like the ambience of the campus and the practice / surgery. I have been a patient here for 25 years. I feel the staff especially the GPs nearly talk to you as equals and I feel somewhat empowered by being spoken to more 2-way and as if I have the right to participate in decisions and be educated when I visit the surgery. I find there is good availability of appointments as well. Perhaps I don't get the most "pro-active" modern preventative care for my age group (50+) but I value the other things more.
