It took a few weeks to get my appointment, but I had cervical screening with Lisa and she was very reassuring and kind, putting me at ease (as much as you can be in that situation!)

Could do with renovation as I imagine current condition is hard to keep clean to a high standard (carpets, old infrastructure) but does it’s job well

It’s very frustrating that you have to ring at 8am to make an appointment for 2 weeks time, why can’t you ring anytime to do this, then anyone who needs urgent appts can ring at 8am. I am always 21st in the queue as I’m sure all patients are. I also think ringing at 8am will put a lot of stress on the receptionists who will always get the complaints

Best GP practice I have had. Everyone is lovely, they take care of you and you can get appointments when you need one.

I got through straight away and got an appointment for a couple of hours later, I understand that this was because the students are mainly away at the moment. It does take some time during term-time but that is understandable as so many more people are trying to access the service
