It’s very frustrating that you have to ring at 8am to make an appointment for 2 weeks time, why can’t you ring anytime to do this, then anyone who needs urgent appts can ring at 8am. I am always 21st in the queue as I’m sure all patients are. I also think ringing at 8am will put a lot of stress on the receptionists who will always get the complaints
