I need emargency appointment for my daughter (3yearsold) waiting long time with phone than get appointment woich is doctor will call !! finally doctor will call Just 10 second ringing the phone that's it before answer cut off what a juke this is not a fast time with us . very disappointed. rubbish services. going to change gp.

Impossible to get a urgent appointment to speak with a Doctor, when you eventually get through to reception you are told 4-5 week wait. Unhelpful reception staff and one particular male member of the team quite blunt and rude.
Suggested improvements
Employ better reception staff, treat people respectfully and be considerate.

Reception staff at the surgery are extremely rude and unhelpful! They are not qualified to make surgery decisions, yet they refuse requests to speak to a doctor, not understanding the urgency of the request. Reception staff and management staff hide behind the "PROTOCAL" banner set up apparently by the Doctors, shamefully.
Not preparred to listen to a sensible request, very quickly to fob you off with comment - Cannot Help You".
Suggested improvements
Listen and try to help first, without harping on about rules and protocols, which are all wrong.
If you are not able to manage, sort it out with your NHS contract, patients suffering because of your incompetence.

Reception staff at the surgery are extremely rude and unhelpful! They fail time and time again to arrange prescriptions and they don’t seem to have a clue what they are doing! The surgery would receive a lot better reviews if they replaced their reception staff!

Incompetent reception staff, rude, never answers the phones and almost never arranges repeat prescriptions! Has to be the worst GP surgery!
