Really good doctors cannot fault them.
Receptionist keep you on hold for ages when your caller number 1 or put the phone down on you, sometimes they do not even answer the phone, some receptionists are not helpful. Also trying to order medication online is a nightmare, they say to order a week before but it never let's you until you have run out of the medication then you are going without for days. Think they need more training, no people skills at all. Doctors surgery would be amazing if the receptionists did their job correctly.
