I was at this surgery for 20 years never had any problems. But it was getting hard to get an appointment and receptionists are so rude and very unhelpful. So I decided to change my doctors who I’m very pleased with all the receptionists are amazing and so friendly never have a rude one. And they are very helpful I’m a happy where I am now

This morning 18/11/2018 I have called over 50 Times from when the phone lines open at 8am however it’s constantly engaged, the appointment system is a joke and I had having to see a doctor so very rarely I will try and get an appointment but on then rare occasions I cannot even get into contact with the surgery and normally when I get through I am told to call back the next day at 8am however I cannot get through for 8. Absolute joke of a surgery

Need better access to prebook appointments for routine appointments. Very inflexible unless you want a same day appointment which you often can't get because you are on hold until all the appointments are fully taken up

Absolutely disgraceful patient care, receptionist is obnoxious and extremely rude. Can never get an appointment. Can never get to speak to either a doctor or practice manager. They lie to their patients...... appalling service and doctors surgery. How on Earth are you still practicing!!!! Best off without you, so glad I left to a much more professional practice with manners and compassion!!!!

The receptionist are really helpful but I have had a bad experience with Dr R Elledge so will now be changing to a different Drs surgery. I have hardly ever used the nhs in my whole life. I started having a really stressful time and was, I believe, suffering from stress and depression and I still am. The Dr that I saw had no sympathy and offered no help. She made me feel as though I was making it up to get out of work. I’ve worked since I was 16 and never needed a drs note before. Dr R Elledge needs more training on dealing with people who are suffering with mental health issues, I felt like if I was an extremely vunarable patient the way she made me feel and the non support she offered I could have actually walked out of that appointment and done something harmful to myself. I am now having to get help privately. I hated going to drs before this experience and now I have been totally put off. Please train this Dr so that nobody else has to have an experience like this when suffering from mental illness.
