I like the ability to chose the gp I see. Have no trouble getting an appointment and can make appointments for the future not on the same day as some other surgeries insist on. I like being able to order prescriptions on line and also make appointments on line. All the receptionists are friendly and helpful and very approachable. I am really happy with all the doctors and nurses at this surgery.

Holbrook is a good surgery and practice. Calls are usually answered promptly and getting an appointment is fine. I would prefer not to have the reception that is at the centre of the waiting room where everyone can hear the conversations with other patients. It can be embarrassing and feel intrusive listening to what others have to say. The reception desk is quite high and looks and feels like a barrier. A regular refresh of the posters and information could be done. I suggest speaking to an architect or someone who knows how space works well. Often small improvements can have a big impact.
