Holbrook is a good surgery and practice. Calls are usually answered promptly and getting an appointment is fine. I would prefer not to have the reception that is at the centre of the waiting room where everyone can hear the conversations with other patients. It can be embarrassing and feel intrusive listening to what others have to say. The reception desk is quite high and looks and feels like a barrier. A regular refresh of the posters and information could be done. I suggest speaking to an architect or someone who knows how space works well. Often small improvements can have a big impact.
