Heston Surgery is much better now than before. It is easier now to book appointments and see the Doctor. I still think, there is room for improvements ie If there are any changes reg how to order medications or booking appointments, patients should be advised accordingly. May be they introduce a newsletter highlighting changes and services available few times a year.
