Although it's not always easy to get an appointment quickly (this is the case with all GP surgeries) every time we have called lately for my Father they have fitted him in, due to his condition needing urgent care, either a telephone call or face to face appointment. We actually saw Dr Singh at the Meadows but my parents usual surgery is Heston. Both surgeries have friendly Reception staff. All the nurses, health care assistants etc that we have seen have been so kind to my Father. I am completing the below questions with my Fathers details.

At present nothing could be done any better.

If there was zero in ease of getting appointments would have done that.

Organise better / train staff better / be polite to patients / only take number of patients you can handle. Stop making rude comments to patients.
