My appointment was with a nurse whom after calling my name just walked off and left me to find the room we were to be in, sat down leaving me to ask what I was to do and proceeded to talk about herself the whole time.

Blood pressure test arranged easily and several reminders sent by text. Appointment was bang on time and in and out in less than 10 minutes

I used e-consult to get some advice regarding an issue. Got a telephone consultation with my GP a few days later who organised a nurse appointment for tests on the same day. Fabulous service, can’t fault the practice.

There are some very helpful receptionists with the reception of a couple who think they are medically trained and can tell you how your feeling.Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare,I rang up in tears desperate for an app but lines had been blocked.improve
