Surgery contacted me for a "passport "appointment blood pressure, blood tests etc. Was given an appointment within a week and lovely nurse looked after me. New patient and very impressed.

I visited Henfield medical centre yesterday with a chest infection. I have underlying condition and was totally dismissed for treatment. This is my third episode in as many months and told them this… I try so very hard with keeping myself fit and was looking for some help recovering which I didn’t receive. I will therefore be looking for another surgery

Given me some antibiotics, or some medication to help clear it up.

I saw the lovely asthma nurse for tests….. Kim was totally superb …. Very knowledgeable, explained things very thoroughly. Reception staff are always helpful and friendly. I am so glad I moved from Cowfold surgery all those years ago. I never stop

I was contacted by text to make an appointment for a blood test and offered a selection of dates and times. I was given my first choice.

Not keep repeating reminder texts regarding my appointment. 24 hours beforehand would be sufficient
