I spoke to a receptionist about booking the appointment and she said she’d call me back which she never did. I attended the surgery in person to book the appointment- the queue was out into the street and it took about 30 minutes to talk to someone.

Online appointments / telephone appointments and return calls. Even better if you know you need an injection every 3 months to be able to book it at your appointment.

I asked the receptionist while I was at the surgery and was offered an appointment on a day when I already had snother one. I was then ssked to ring next Tuesday, 5 days later to see if there are any appointments as she is not able to book more than a fortnight ahead.
