A long wait for attention.
Two doctors off sick, but surely people picking up prescriptions could be sent their prescriptions by email so they don't have to wait in the queue which would speed things up. I am always made to feel that they are too busy to see me.

I am left with the impression there is a real will to solve/alleviate the medical problem that caused me to visit the surgery.
Important for the patient to make the right choice between attending the surgery for trivia and not going for fear of bad news.

In real emergencies I normally get an appointment but for routine matters I would like to get an earlier appointment if possible. However it is a very busy practice.

Like most practices we would be happy to be able to give patients routine appointments earlier but when resources are stretched this is often impossible. Thank you for giving feedback.

Heathcote is a great practice with a really good team of doctors and administrative staff. It does however suffer from being in a fairly populated area and getting an appointment is sometimes difficult. Having said that they now have evening options available which makes booking alot easier.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. Positive comments have a great impact on staff morale. We acknowledge that we cannot always offer patients appointments as convenient as they would like but, as you note, we do offer evening and Saturday appointments (varying from week to week).
