I always find the Receptionists helpful. The Nurses are extremely efficient and I have not known any of them to be rude or unpleasant. I normally have problems with the Nurse finding a vein but the Nurse's experience clearly shone through and she had no problems. I have not seen every single Doctor in the Practice but those I have seen all seem to take time and genuinely care about their patients. I have no complaints with regard to the service I have received from Hassengate.

Phoned at 3.30pm for an appointment to see a Doctor got one at 4.40pm same day cant get any better than that.

The doctors and receptionists are very good and helpful. I did not like the nurse as she is very rude and disrespectful and wish not to deal with her again.

Hassengate is probably one of the best and most helpful surgeries in Essex, there is always lots of information and details about their practices around the waiting area, i have never waited longer than 10 minutes past my allocated appointment time. in all i would never want to change to any other practice. well done Hassengate.
