The surgery remain responsive even in the difficult conditions raised by COVID-19. They are helpful and supportive and really try to help when difficulty occurs I would recommend this surgery to my friends and family without hesitation

The telephone system is at times hard to navigate, the introduction of knowing how many people in front of you now helps

I am 83 years old, diabetic and also just recovering from a flat bladder cancer. In the last 10 years , i have had excellent treatment from all the Doctors and other nursing and reception staff, which I never had from other surgeries I had attended in the last 59 years of my time here in UK. I must mention, specially, Dr Naomi Konu for the very caring way she has treated me and my wife, especially when I was going through many problems with my health. Right now I am cancer free and am very grateful for all the help provided by the Surgery staff. C R Krishnan

I am a. Long standing patient of this practice I'm 67years old and have been a patient for 67 years , a few years ago the dr I see regularly retired and because I have on going chronic illness was very worried ,well I no need to have been I started seeing Dr Till ,who is patient ,kind and caring and my illness being embarrassing I have no problem speaking with him and telling him anything . So thank you Dr Till,one less worry .But I must also say thank you to the girls on the desk ,staff when I phone and the nurses who have looked after my 88year old mum ,to sum up still the best practice in the town and most probably the country .Thank you .

So much better than my previous surgery. I can get an appointment when I need one and everyone is polite, helpful and friendly. really pleased to be registered with this practice.
