Quick, efficient and treated to me.
Everything was clearly explained.
One improvement if I may - one which has no doubt been suggested before.
If an appointment is for OF 30 it cannot start on time if the door is opened at the same time. 5 minutes would help!

Always had good service at the surgery for my family over the years. Lovely doctors/nurses, receptionists are friendly and helpful. Sometimes have trouble getting through on the phone in the mornings so often go to the surgery to make an appointment although I have just signed up for online booking so will be interested to see how that goes when I use it.

Need to see more GP appointments available instead of nurses as end up going to see GP in any event. Numbers on doors would be helpful when booking in.

The GPS at this surgery lack empathy for their elderly patients. The very people who paid in for the NHS.
