The staff are very helpful and friendly. However, some of my fellow patients can be rude in their address to the staff. The computer receptionist states that nurse Smith is in room 12! This morning, two ladies asked me where room 12 is? I noticed that there was a number on the consulting room door, but you would need 20/20 vision to read it.

Nothing Dr. Parkinson is not available very often. And when she is every time there about the wait. Often she is in the surgery on her own for long times. Also why are people who want to use grove treatment like second class citizen.

I like that we can make an appointment and order repeat prescriptions and see some of our medical details. Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment.
