Just wanted to say my diabetic review was very clear and comprehensive.
Bordering on a barely functional service
Im deaf and couldnt speak thro the tannoy so had to go inside,I had to stand on the line and shout at the receptionist who shouted back,I couldnt hear her,I wanted to make appointment for a blood pressure and shingles jab,but was told to phone for appointment,There was no one else waiting to be seen so why couldnt they make my appointment whilst I was there???I dont use the phone being deaf.I need to speak to someone as my cataract operation was cancelled due to my high blood pressure,so a letter was handed in months ago,I havent heard anything since and still waiting for my operation!! If I go blind waiting,it will be their fault!!
