The appointment was booked swiftly. The GP (Dr Tom Blackman) was superb in taking the time to fully explain the issues, and the action necessary to assist me going forward. This was the 3rd consultation with Dr Blackman on the same matter and I found him to be extremely thorough. An outstanding GP in an excellent, and very busy, surgery.

Tried to book app with nurse as going on holiday need injections rude receptionist not taking any appoint for 6 to 8 weeks said u will have to pay elsewhere not very helpful

My appointment today was made online, which is an excellent service for non-urgent appointments. Early appointments - mine was at 7.30 AM - are excellent. Appointments are now 15 minutes - up from 10 - much more satisfactory and less rushed. Although I'm told the telephone appointment system has improved I have yet to try it. The introduction of a paramedic for more general patient needs is a great idea but again I haven't experienced it. I saw Dr Napier today as he was the first available doctor for an online appointment when I made it. Dr Bramall is my regular doctor. Dr Napier delt speedily with the reason for my appointment and made recommendations, which I shall adopt. He also reviewed my medication - increasing my Statin dose from 20 to 40 mg - and arranged for a liver & kidney function blood test. The receptionist was welcoming, caring and efficient. Improvements: Keep asking patients for feedback and suggestions as you have done here.

I wish to comment how efficient the receptionist was today 27th December wish I had taken her name it was about 9.15. To arrange home visit for Mr Clothier, Dr Blackman came to see Mr Clothier and was so patient with him gave him a thorough overhaul and then suggested a visit to SRH so arranged ambulance it is completely understandable we have to wait no problem, obviously if it was an emergency we would not have to wait. Well done

I know the staff are doing their best to provide a good service but maybe drs could look into doing video calls for those who are capable of chatting over the internet or use a nurse who could do video calls as well we have to allow modern technolagy into all parts of everybodys lives
