Very happy overall with the surgery, polite friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. A small improvement would be doctors letting patients know there is a special box for samples as I waited in line to drop off only to be told there's a box for them.

The quality of services at the surgery is absolutely appalling. Not only it is nearly impossible to get an appointment faster than in a week but most of all for the last year the surgery failed to treat any of the cases I had and ultimately I ended up seeking help privately or abroad. I have a medical background myself and I can only say one thing - rather than finding where the problem is and eliminating it for the future not to have to deal with it anymore they just cover the symptoms. I got misdiagnosed quite a few times at the surgery. Really bad services!

I have been going to this surgery for the past 43 years and all the Doctors and nurses and the receptionist have always been very polite and helpful.A doctor today performed a small operation on my back removing a small pimple as it looked fishy, and been sent away for checking,doctors at my surgery are excellent.
