It was pleasant to begin with. The nurse was thorough and informative explaining the procedure, that led to her running out of time for the actual procedure. Understandably, the time pressure began to reflect in her tone and mannerism. Followed by comments like, "oh goodness! just do it". Certainly offensive and not the type of treatment you expect as a taxpayer. Perhaps better time management on the nurse's part to avoid such situations in future. It was a sour experience unfortunately.

It is easy to get an appointment quickly but sometimes you have to wait for an appointment with your allocated G P.

The doctor I saw listened carefully to my description of my problem and suggested both short and long term treatment. I felt he really cared about his patients and also explained things clearly.
