Absolutely terrible place try phoning at 8 when they open can you get an appointment not without ringing 50+ plus times and then to recieve a message to book an appointment phone at 8. Apparantly talking when annoyed is raising your voice to these receptionists as they cant answer the questions you ask so they use that excuse to hang up on you. Was a really good place about 10 years ago. Now just full of incompetant receptionists.

I have recently moved to the area and all I have had is issues with this surgery, I have rang to get an appointment for my son on many occasions and I was either refused an appointment, sent to another surgery with not enough time for us to physically get there, or to be told to contact nhs 111. Can never get a pre bookable appointment without having to wait at least a month. The reception staff are extremely rude and have no compassion whatsoever in regards to getting children seen. Having spoken to other people about this surgery I can honestly say i have never heard a good thing about it. I will definitely be moving surgeries!!

It is easy to get an appointment once you can get through but there is not a queueing system on the phone, it jury says busy so you have to keep calling. One morning I called over 40 times before it began to ring. Staff are helpful and friendly. However I have just had a call from a receptionist to apologise in behalf of the doctor who has only just sent my daughters referral through, a month late despite me chasing it twice! This really is poor but that's just one doctor luckily.

Have only been with the practice for about 18 months but would highly recommend. Having moved from a fairly mediocre practice I am overwhelmed by how efficient and well run Greenview is. They seem to have a specialist to cover any eventuality! I have seen 2 doctors and several nurses and cannot praise their thorough and caring attitude enough. They make me feel as if they are interested in me as a person and not just a set of symptoms and this gives me great confidence. The waiting room is clean, bright and comfortable with a large amount of useful info on display. Brilliant website that allows patients to order prescriptions etc. Although making an appointment can be a little frustrating at times, once this is done reminders are used for appointments / reviews etc. Booking in is automated and simple eliminating the need for queuing at the desk. Cannot praise this practice highly enough.

I have not had any problems getting an appointment within an acceptable time. The time of the appointment is convenient for me if I am prepared to wait. Staff are wonderful. Receptionists are very helpful.
