I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this surgery. Everyone is friendly, efficient and helpful - all the doctors, nurses and reception staff make you feel welcome. The building is clean, warm and bright with lovely paintings on the walls. I highly recommend this practice.

I absolutely adore the nursing team at this surgery. Nurse manager Di obviously is doing a great job and when I come to see her she has consistently been highly professional and friendly.

My injury of a sprained wrist was taken seriously by Dr York- Barber when I went to see him as a walk-in morning surgery patient. I was given the correct papers and the best advice to which hospital to have an X-Ray and results given by a doctor. I chose Kingston Hospital and went immediately. To my surprise Kingston was very speedy and efficient. Because Dr York-Barber gave me the correct papers and advice, my X-Ray was read by a doctor at A & E and I was told I had no fracture or hairline crack. If I had not had the papers and correct advice, I would have had to wait ten days for my results. I am satisfied.

The open surgery every day is the absolute best thing about Glebe Road Surgery. There can be no complaining about not being able to get an appointment as there is always the chance, every morning, to see a doctor. I've always had great care at Glebe Road Surgery and doctors often follow up with telephone calls which shows how diligent they are. Thank you for everything.
