My injury of a sprained wrist was taken seriously by Dr York- Barber when I went to see him as a walk-in morning surgery patient. I was given the correct papers and the best advice to which hospital to have an X-Ray and results given by a doctor.
I chose Kingston Hospital and went immediately. To my surprise Kingston was very speedy and efficient. Because Dr York-Barber gave me the correct papers and advice, my X-Ray was read by a doctor at A & E and I was told I had no fracture or hairline crack. If I had not had the papers and correct advice, I would have had to wait ten days for my results. I am satisfied.
