Spoke to Dr Oldale today, she was absolutely fantastic at putting my mind at rest with worries I had, we had a good few laughs on the phone, she was brilliant!! The ladies on reception are always so friendly and helpful, they always make it so personal when they talk to you! I live in Caernarfon now but would never change my Practice, I've been with Glanfa for 36 years and wouldn't think of changing!

I have always had a brilliant service from Glanda. The admin staff, nurses and GP’s are absolutely professional at all times. They do their utmost to get you an emergency appointment if they can. I have seen both Dr Hoffman and Dr Oldale and I have nothing but praise for both. Dr Oldale in particular will discuss all different options when I visit her she will listen to what I say and she will give her professional opinion. She will also, if concerned, advise me on a route or option to take.

currently registering at a different doctors in bangor resons being i do not wish to see Dr Oldale ever again reasons being shes unprofessional rude un helpful on the 5 or 6 time i have been in with 2 of the same problems she might as well have told me to deal with it so i am now suffering i would not recommend deling with her sarcasm although rest of staff are helpfully

I am incredibly impressed with the surgery - I have recently moved to the area and I felt so welcomed by all of the staff. The receptionist were lovely and directed me in the correct direct to see the appropritate care professional - firstly I saw an ANP who was wonderful and sorted out my chest infection for me. I also saw Dr Oldale on another occasion and she was kind, respectful and very understanding of my problems. I am very glad that I joined the surgery and I would recommend to everyone.

Dr Oldale needs to reflect as to whether she wants to be a doctor. I am fed up of her sarcasm,gloomy demeanour and she is always unwell and not afraid to tell you of her ailments. I think half the problem at this practice is that patients would rather wait to get an appointment with any other doctor so it feels as if you have months to wait. I dread the day I have to make an emergency appointment as it will no doubt be with Dr Oldale as she is the only one with availability! Really sad as I and my family have been with this practice for over 30 years and I have never felt like this about any of the other doctors we have seen come an go
