Spoke to Dr Oldale today, she was absolutely fantastic at putting my mind at rest with worries I had, we had a good few laughs on the phone, she was brilliant!! The ladies on reception are always so friendly and helpful, they always make it so personal when they talk to you! I live in Caernarfon now but would never change my Practice, I've been with Glanfa for 36 years and wouldn't think of changing!
