Total disatifed with not been checked in properly make me appear later not treated with respect and felt humiliated made me feel very small also doctor's and nurse practitioner not doing what they say they go to do and they never listen to the patient

Unable to contact the surgery. Phone lines are turned off. We could do with being told the open times of the phone lines. We don’t have time to phone the surgery 59 times a day in the hope it will ring. I understand the surgery is in high demand with COVID-19, however, we have a doctors surgery for a reason. So fair enough closing the phone lines but give us an indication as to when they will be turned on! Also, receptionists have a poor telephone manner

Always do there best to find the problems and treat it. Staff are warm and welcoming. Never any issues. Can't fault it.

Receptionists were lovely very welcoming saw the Asthma nurse couldn't be anymore nicer. Helpful love the new phone for appointment you know if you're unwell you'll be seen. Thank again.
