Unable to contact the surgery. Phone lines are turned off. We could do with being told the open times of the phone lines. We don’t have time to phone the surgery 59 times a day in the hope it will ring. I understand the surgery is in high demand with COVID-19, however, we have a doctors surgery for a reason. So fair enough closing the phone lines but give us an indication as to when they will be turned on! Also, receptionists have a poor telephone manner
