The last time I visited the surgery I saw Dr Ramzan for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. He was so thorough and I wasn't rushed whatsoever. He talked through all the options and advised that he would make a referral for me which has since been done. After almost 2 months of seeing other doctors and getting nowhere I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Being ill is a very stressful time and I can honestly say that he put me at ease immediately. I Have tried to get appointments with him since however it's been difficult as he moves around which is a shame. Fantastic doctor.

Awful waiting times and not forewarned there was a delay. Females had to walk through the waiting room with urine sample dishes which was disrespectful and showed lack of customer care. The TV was not on and the wait was painful! The doctor was lovely though dr arif

I have been a patient of this practice for many years and feel that I have been well cared for.Routine appointments to see the nurse are straight forward. Appointments to see the doctor can mean a wait of two weeks or more unless it is an emergency. The system for dealing with repeat prescriptions is excellent.
