Not take on so many new patient and care about the patients you already have when I was at your surgery there was only me and another person so how did it take so long for me to see. Doctor

I found the whole experience at Emerson Green brilliant. I had to wait longer than I would have liked, 2 years in severe pain but the treatment, operation and all consultancies were perfect. Thank you

Reception staff are rude, ignorant and clearly don't want to be I'm their job as the lack of effort put in is very minimal. Huge praise to Dr Warwick. She is the only doctor I have seen at the surgery who cares about her patients. My two year old daughter was seen by her today and from the outset and throughout she was caring, kind, she listened with no judgements. She made my daughter feel at complete ease. I think credit should be given where it is due and this lady is an outstanding doctor. Thank you Dr Warwick

What an awful surgery, reception staff are very rude and unhelpful, you ring and ring and after about 17 minutes it cuts off so you have to ring again, there’s a couple of Doctors who are lovely but chances of seeing them are extremely slim,I rarely go there but when I do need to just talking to the lady who arranges appointments gets your back up with her manner,it makes the experience even more traumatic,I’m leaving the practice as it really is terrible

In my experience with this surgery, I have many many grievances and as someone who is severely ill, I have had many years experience in dealing with them from minor issues to in later years more serious ones. To sum it up? the doctors are awful, they NEVER EVER follow up with anything, they never call you back when they say they will (OR EVER). They are the worst doctors to go to with mental health issues or with most issues in my experience. If it's basic care you want like treatment or advice about a cough or cold or sprained ankle, they'd be fine, just about. Anything more serious? forget it, you have no chance. They act like they don't care, their actions show they, in fact, don't care. The doctors are rude, ignorant and dismissive and good luck if you ever want to actually get through a sentence when talking to them, they constantly cut you off and interrupt, so you never actually get the chance to finish what you needed to say in the first place. They jump to conclusions and assume SO MUCH. Yet if they had only been quiet and let you actually finish your sentence in the FIRST place, they wouldn't have any conclusions to jump to or assumptions to make as they would know what you were trying to say. They are disrespectful and unkind, no wonder most of us have totally disengaged with them and contact them very very rarely, (and are suffering as a consequence) ie: when repeat medication is needed. I have been horrified to see how vulnerable, very very sick patients have been treated. ON THE PLUS SIDE: the reception staff has always been very kind, understanding, helpful. They really do try their best which ok may not ALWAYS be great? but come on, when you have to work under the doctors that are at that surgery? I can see why. The reception staff at LEAST TRY to be kind and to help you and are always patient too. They have a very difficult job working for a practice of doctors that couldn't care less about any of its patients. So I only have good things to say about the ladies on reception, they truly have been so so incredibly wonderful.
