After having been a patient at Elliot Hall for 22 years, we have moved out of the area. We received a letter to say that we will be struck off anytime between now and 30 days. Even before I have managed to make enquiries about a new surgery and have them take us on, Elliot hall are quite happy to tell me that I can be left without a surgery if they remove us before we actually get onto a new surgery. The woman I spoke to could hear that I was distressed and upset as it’s Covid times and my husband is asthmatic. She was actually the care coordinator, Janine Wolf who spoke in such a condescending, callous and patronising way telling me several times” let me repeat myself” Finally I said yes, I totally understand you Elliot hall, you are happy to leave us without a surgery not even giving us time to actually make the move. This was a great surgery for so many years. But sadly this has made me realise that perhaps it’s not the Elliot hall we used to love and maybe we are better moving elsewhere asap. Shame on you Elliot hall for treating a patient like this after so many years.

I was given an 'emergency' appointment at VERY short notice - i.e. telephoned the surgery around 5pm and was seen at 5.45 !

Always had a good experience. The doctors are very thorough and take time to listen to your concerns. I never have to wait very long to get an appointment and I’m seen promptly for my appointment. The online booking system is great.

All of the partners, associate GPs, nurses and admin team at EHMC strive to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to Hatch End's residents. They are all extremely friendly and helpful.

Although it can be difficult to get a specific doctor under 10 days, I have always been able to get an appointment with a doctor the same or next day which if you have a major concern is a good thing. The majority of the staff are very polite and helpful.
