They always deal with our problems efficiently and fast The Dr was very informative and answered my questions

I gave this answer because I asked a simple request after a while the receptionist I saw on the 2/4/24 she said I will submit the request I had asked for and now on the 4/4/24 when I chased it up she hadn't even submitted/requested at because when I explained it to the receptionist today said nope nothing on the system so apparently has submitted my request this morning not happy in the slightest as the request is of an important nature

Receptionist tried to refer me to 111 when I had selected option to discuss directly with dr for the new home visit option advertised on phone preamble

Since covid its hard to get a appointment my appointment was from weeks before

I know it's a first come first policy but the surgery should hold some back for telephone appointments alots is Don on the app

Thank you we value and encourage patient feedback. We have increased the number of face to face appointments that our patients can assess, whilst maintaining the option for telephone consultations. When all our appointments are taken our reception staff will direct patients to 111, this national helpline is open 24 hours, 7 days a week to support primary care. This is a triage service which then gets patients to get the right advice or treatment they need. All patients that are re-directed back to the GPs are then seen as extra patients outside of the appointments available for that day. Enhanced access is also available across Sheffield at evening and weekends at the HUBS across the city.
