Since covid its hard to get a appointment my appointment was from weeks before
Thank you we value and encourage patient feedback. We have increased the number of face to face appointments that our patients can assess, whilst maintaining the option for telephone consultations. When all our appointments are taken our reception staff will direct patients to 111, this national helpline is open 24 hours, 7 days a week to support primary care. This is a triage service which then gets patients to get the right advice or treatment they need. All patients that are re-directed back to the GPs are then seen as extra patients outside of the appointments available for that day. Enhanced access is also available across Sheffield at evening and weekends at the HUBS across the city.
