Had to make on day appointment to establish continuity of care. Previously referred to hospital but was rejected as referral stated bloods were normal . However no better . Told by surgery to make appointment to discuss suggestions made by referral. Managed on day appointment as advanced appointment late in April . At this found I had been re referred as bloods previously taken were abnormal and fitted in with my symptoms!! And my suggestions re possible condition. As a patient feel not getting appropriate information or established care plan due to not being kept correctly informed regarding investigations as same GP not following care through.

Same GP following ongoing patient management, that is reviewing blood results along side presenting symptoms, and follow up to see if symptoms get better or worse. Message from admin staff to have follow up appointment without being able to discuss reason leaving me concerned re condition.

I don't finish work till 10am so when I ring all appointments are gone. Ring tomorrow they say. Same thing day after day. Please don't send me a text at 4pm asking me to phone the surgery to make an appointment with a doctor to discuss results of blood tests only to be told ring in the morning. Ill try it your way and hope the results of my blood tests are not urgent eh?

Don't send a text at 4pm asking me to phone to make an appointment with a doctor to discuss my blood results only to be told phone tomorrow. If an appointment is requested to discuss my blood results why not just send me an appointment with instruction to phone to cancel/change if necessary.

Got an online appointment at 8.30 on Monday for 5.30pm, doctor called ambulance arrived straight away.
