Work full time and IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. Absolutely rubbish and will be looking to change surgeries. Terrible if you work as you can’t see ANY doctor GO ELSEWHERE

I have tried for 5 days for an appointment. Caller no 50 Monday no appointments after 40 minutes to get through. Tuesday caller 42 after 36 minutes no appointments same today caller 36 no appointments. Apparently pre bookable appointment on 7 August. Complete joke been walk in centre twice with my son gave him my old antibiotics in the end as walk in centre didn’t even take his temperature just gave him throat spray. Go to a and e was her response - what for a sore throat and ladies issues.

I’ve spend half an hour on hold when I was 10th in-line on the phone line just to be told no appointment when I got an answer pathetic this surgery is way to many patients not enough staff
