Seeing Doctor Anna Wood has help me so much, She had done so much for me getting the help I needed, she showed me so much care always found the time for me, always listend to what I had to say, one od the most caring doctors I have seen, it was a great Honour to meet such a kind caring person in the medical profession, it must be such a stressful an demanding job to do, she does her job ever so well, I thank her ever so much for all the support and care you gave to me, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you for your review and comments. Dr Wood was in her final year of training with us before qualifying as a GP and since qualifying has moved out of the area. We are still in touch with her though and have passed your kind words to her

I hear people complaining constantly about their doctors practice having to queue early morning to get appointments etc. My daughter finished university in June and woke up this morning with a bad case of tonsillitis. I called the surgery to ask if I could re-register her as she is now back living at home. They said no problem and also gave her an appointment to see the doctor at 11.10 today - I called at 9:45. Excellent service.
Amazing team of doctors and nurses and reception staff (very friendly and not nosy like other complaints I have heard about other surgeries).

I’ve sadly had reason for regular blood tests recently, and choose to book with Louise because not only is she the most upbeat, friendly nurse you appear to have, she makes a conscious effort to try and make it less painful.... I’ve never ever been hurt by Louise .

Never had a problem getting an appointment at eastcliff, receptionists are really friendly and Dr Siva is amazing. Had a blood test done which I’m a nervous patient about and had one done by Louise, she is so lovely and put me at ease and makes you feel very comfortable, and she didn’t bruise me. I will be asking for her in the future. Couldn’t fault eastcliff, amazing staff, nurses and doctors which is hard to find

I cannot thank the reception team enough for fitting me in on Monday 6th May and again today . I have never had a problem with calling at 8am to makie an appointment for the same day either. We are very lucky to have such a caring, patient and prompt service.team . Thankyou .
