I hear people complaining constantly about their doctors practice having to queue early morning to get appointments etc. My daughter finished university in June and woke up this morning with a bad case of tonsillitis. I called the surgery to ask if I could re-register her as she is now back living at home. They said no problem and also gave her an appointment to see the doctor at 11.10 today - I called at 9:45. Excellent service.
Amazing team of doctors and nurses and reception staff (very friendly and not nosy like other complaints I have heard about other surgeries).

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and we are pleased to see we were able to help on this occasion. Like most practices there is high demand for appointments but when we can we will always do our best to fit patients in. East Cliff Practice
