Great practice, especially for emergency/urgent care. Really supportive, kind administrators/reception team, rapid and helpful triage, quick access to a doctor when it really mattered.
Suggested improvements
Shorter waits for routine appointments would be helpful but I know everyone is working very very hard.

This GP surgery is excellent, in particular Dr Wickrama-Sekera! Fantastic doctor!
Suggested improvements
A bit more positivity from the reception staff can go a long way. Some of these patients are at a real low in their lives, so compassion is really important, but completely understand that some patients can also be exceptionally challenging and it can be a thankless job.
But overall, great work!
