A great surgery but there are not enough appointments. A handful of GPs and 13,000 patients.
Nurses and chemists are employed for routine checks, but it is not organised into one 'big' annual checkup.
Two week's wait to see a GP who may turn out to be a chemist without expertise or prescription power.
It is very difficult to get an appointment via phone (undid get an appointment a couple of weeks ago after hanging on for an hour). However, once in the surgery, it is as very easy to get an appointment first with the nurse and then a call with the gp.
Everything is fine , helpful staff
This surgery is one of the best my family and I have been with
I have always found the Drs at EPHC to be kind, caring and professional. I always feel listened to and they are happy to answer any questions you may have. Given how stretched all surgeries currently are, I never feel rushed and their assessments and examinations are thorough. They really care about their patients and it shows, with the warm welcome and the time spent with us.
The reception staff are great as well. Again, given the current situation, they will always try their best to accommodate your request. They too are helpful and friendly.
