It is impossible to get through to the surgery and patients are not receiving any care. You keep changing appointment system to try and improve things but now it is at a stage that the line is constantly engaged. You offer a triage service with a nurse on the same number as appointment line and cannot get through for triage. This makes it difficult for Mums who do not have time to keep calling. You have too many patients and not enough staff and this needs addressing.
Be able to book blood test appointments on line would be useful

To Whom it may Concern, As it is very difficult to provide positive feedback elsewhere on this website, I would like to Thank the above GP for his professionalism and great service to the NHS and commend him on his work ethic. Others would do well to follow his lead in dealing with patients in a professional manner, communication, and time management considering he is part-time as all my dealings with him have produced great results for his patient who is in my care. We now deal with him mostly over the phone and see him only if absolutely necessary but it just goes to show that when you have someone who is great at their job, approachable and efficient the results are fantastic all round.
The staff we talk to on the phone to book an appointment are extremely unhelpful.
Doctors are good. Appointment system and receptionists a nightmare. They also hang up on you after you get to number 1 on the phone que, thats if they answer at all.
