The surgery offers a walk in clinic every day, so it is always possible to be seen by a doctor on the day you want/need. The receptionists are helpful and will always try to fit you in for an appointment if it is an emergency. Sonia, the head receptionist, is exceptionally competent, calm and helpful, even in the face of extreme provocation from IT issues or difficult patients. The practice nurses are also very good and able to help on a wide range of issues.

Today I took my mother into Glebe Road Surgery for minor surgery on a squaubouse cancer on her head, Dr. Botting fitted her in at the end of his morning surgery so that she would not have to wait and have it done at the hospital he was extremely kind and caring towards my mother who is 94 and very frail. I am also a patient at the surgery and have been for nearly twenty years. I have also been looked after very well and also with kindness and care especially when I was widowed some eight years ago. So all I can say is thank you very much indeed.

I have nothing but praise for this surgery, especialy my own doctor - Dr. Matilda Rice Jones, who is fabulous. She always gives me her full attention and I have had a lot of things wrong with me , healthwise in the last few years and she always puts me through to a specialist if I need it. She is fantastic at following up things as well, very rare nowadays. A really excellent doctor.

Glebe Road surgery is excellent. I have had nothing but the best care from Dr Botting who is 'my' GP. As a working person, however, I find it difficult to call and get an appointment. It would be a wonderful service if the surgery offered online appointments.
