Clean and friendly surgery, very close to my home, I have always received great care from the doctors, Doctor Auckloo and Dr Hunt are very friendly and they provide as much information as they can for any of my concerns and they are genuinely concern of my well being. The only thing I wish the surgery would change is that I could pick up my prescription at the surgery rather than going somewhere else to further to pick up my medicine just because I live within 1 mile radius.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Yes our dispensary service is very popular but unfortunately we have to abide by strict guidelines set down by NHS England that states patients who live 1.6km to a chemist cannot be on the dispensary list.

It has become more difficult to get an appointment over the past 12 months or so but not sure how this can be addressed.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are constantly monitoring this and we run a triage and telephone consultation system alongside our appointments which can be booked up to two weeks ahead. You are also able to book appointments online so if you don't know about this service please see our website or ask at the surgery to register.

Dr hunt is caring,considerate,friendly and very helpful.unable to find fault with her ,even though many medicines don't agree with me Dr hunt has persisted until she has found one that does suit

My Dr (Dr Hunt) is amazing, so easy to talk to, and makes you feel at ease. I'd recommend her to anyone. All the other staff seem approachable and helpful.
