I have been a patient since 1986. Never had to complain about anything. Wonderful, warm place. I deal with a lot of surgeries in my profession. This is simply the best!! Well done to all the staff & GPs, Nurses. You deserve an outstanding in your CQC visit.

Today I had an NHS health check with Cheryl Morgan. Cheryl was so kind and caring, she explained everything about the checkup really well and made me aware of some services available to me that I was unaware of. It was through talking to her about my leg pain, that I realised I ought to get it checked. Cheryl was a really great listener and so good at her job - an asset to the practice!

I had first class service this morning when I saw the nurse. She worked to put me at my ease as I was anxious about my visit, she explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what was happening to me and what the outcomes might be. It made a huge difference to how I felt about the visit. I am really grateful for her kindness and understanding.
