In 3 occasions I spent 1 hour on the phone from 08:00 to 09:00 and unable to book an appointment for a baby with breathing problems.

Short haired receptionist extremely rude, whenever I ring for a appointment at 8am appointment area never avaliable and receptionist are rude on the phone. They talk down to elderly people. Never seen on time!
