Over the years I have heard many patients say they are unable to get an appointment. I have never encountered this problem as I have been able to pre-book appointments and get them the same day. All staff members are friendly and professional. Hats off to the receptionists who have to deal with some very difficult situations.

I attended for blood tests and Karen, the nurse gave excellent care and was very professional
