The care from the doctor is excellent I have been seeing Dr Naseff he is very caring. However getting an appointment is extremely difficult bustard calling at 8.00 can't get through till 8.20 by which there is no appointment is left. I work so can not be at the surgery at 8.00!to make an appointment and there are very few advanced appointment available

I think the doctors at this surgery are generally pretty good and my GP, Dr Walker, is second to none. However - trying to get an appointment on the telephone is a total nightmare. This is the scenario: I ring up at 8am, I get the voice that says: "we are sorry, but all our operators are busy at the moment - please try again later. " I keep ringing and get the same message for 15-20 minutes; I finally get through - by this I mean the phone actually rings and then I am put on hold for anything from 5-15 minutes, by which time ALL the appointments have gone - with all the doctors!!! It is a system that is inherently flawed. This morning I had to physically go down to the surgery at 8am just to make sure I got an appointment. I really don't think I should have to do that every time I want to see a doctor. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm getting great care but I am not at all happy about the appointment system. I would like to know if there have been any other complaints and if the powers that be are going to do anything about it. Something needs to be done.

A dozen rotating doctors who work at different locations during the week. Some docs are very good, some really need to practice their people skills. Getting appointments takes weeks, esp if you want one of the good doctors. You know, the ones who seem to care and really want to practice medicine (instead of the ones who seem more like rude accountants and care more about the bottom line and how much time of the day you've taken away from their lives than your health). The few NPs there all seem quite good. As with the GPs, the receptionists are overworked but are generally quite efficient. There seems to be a lot of turnover, otherwise they have a large part time staff. I feel sorry for them as I've seen many patients yelling at them in their broken English.

Unnecessary long waiting times, some doctors have no patience while others are swamped, extremely bad organisation

Everyone was so caring and helpful, I would certainly recommend this surgery and the one in Surbiton.
